Fitnesss for the Family
OpenRange CrossFit was founded by Jess and Drew Phillips in 2018. Our goal is to establish a CrossFit community that is family-centered. We want you to feel like part of the family the moment you step foot in our doors. Know that your kids are in great hands in our childcare area, and that you will be looked after, encouraged and pushed to places you didn’t think were possible. At ORCF, we believe that fitness is possible for everyone regardless of your experience (or inexperience).
What is CrossFit
CrossFit is a training program that uses high-intensity, constantly varied functional movement to coach people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hard-core yet accepting and encouraging environment. It is broad, general, and inclusive, yet always scalable to meet your fitness needs.
What Makes Us Different
ORCF strives to bring people of all fitness levels together in a fun, yet challenging way that will motivate athletes to be the best they can be. Our program is structured so athletes can make the most out the hour-long class, whether you are looking to get in shape and stay healthy or looking to compete in the local competitions. Classes have 2 options: Performance and Wellness. Performance programming is the standard workout that will incorporate the full range of functional movements, such as barbell work, and high skill gymnastics. Wellness programming will still have barbell work and weighted movements as well as gymnastic and body weight movements. Wellness programming is a great place to start. Athletes can move between Wellness and Performance programming as desired to fit individual goals.
Family and community are very important to us and ORCF wants you to be a part of our community both in the box and outside of it. We will have free community workouts on Saturday mornings where the whole box can come together and sweat then stay and socialize.
