CrossFit 

CrossFit classes are divided into Performance and Wellness workouts. Performance workouts will be more demanding on an athlete’s strength, skills, and aerobic capacity; the goal is advancement. Wellness workouts will be modified to have lighter weight, simplified movements and are targeted toward the athlete that wants to get in shape and stay in shape. The goal for Wellness athletes is to have a long functional life. Athletes can pick and choose which workout fits their goals best.

Fit n 40

Fit n 40 is a 40-minute class for people at any level of fitness. We use a combination of functional movements in a supportive community environment to improve your health and wellness through exercise.

 

Fit n 40 is for athletes wanting a quick workout during their busy life or those just beginning or restarting their fitness journey.

Kids

Fun for the Whole Family

We offer a staffed area for your kids to play while you get in a fantastic workout.

  • CrossFit Kids

This class is structured around play and fun. Your kids won't even know they are "working out" they just get to have fun while developing life skills and learning to love fitness!

We periodically offer clinics and workshops to improve your skills. These events focus on specific movements like Pull-ups, Hand-stands, or Clean and Jerks; or they may focus on clean eating and Macros, among other topics.
