Programs

Fitness for You 

  • Our CrossFIt group training classes consist of a programmed workout that incorporates a warm-up, strength and/or skill components and a WOD (Workout of the Day), There will be 2 option: Performance and Wellness workouts, each based on your goals. 

  • Personal Training is a great way to get individualized programming to achieve your goals. It is also a great way to target weaknesses and improve specific skills.

  • Our Saturday classes are always free to the community and everyone is welcome. Bring a friend a start your fitness journey 

  • CrossFit Kids classes are designed to be fun and exciting. For ages 6-14.

My kids and I love coming to CrossFit. I can do things I have never been able to do. I feel so much stronger and more confident. Each day is a challenge and I feel like I have accomplished something every day. My kids ask me every morning, "Is today CrossFit Kids day!!" My 7 year old has trimmed down and is excited that he can now do squats, and it has helped his golf swing. My youngest (4) teaches her dolls to do squats and burpees. They love it!!
