If you are looking for a training program, no matter what your individual goals are CrossFit is for you! These 1-hour classes give you an unmatched fitness experience. Each class is different, no 2 days will be the same, there will be a combination of barbell, gymnastics, variable intensity moments, and compound full-body training, that will get a result. Our CrossFit coaches will guide each class through a group warm-up, demonstrate and teach movements, guide classes through the workout and help each athlete modify and scale movements, and cool everyone down after the workout.
CrossFit Kids: Classes specifically designed for kids age 4-14. Our Kids program is a 30-minute
class to keep kids moving and creating a love of exercise. We want kids to have fun while being active and learning to be coached in a group. They learn about character, hard work, determination, sportsmanship, and so much more.

Fit N 40:
A quick 40-minute workout designed to burn calories and increase your heart rate. This class has no barbells or advanced gymnastic movements and is ideal for beginners, master athletes, individuals with a busy schedule, or those simply looking for a good workout to stay fit and healthy.

If you are looking to improve your Olympic Lifts - no matter what your current level is - this program is made for you. You will improve your weightlifting technique and become more efficient - leading to new PRs. The program can be added as a supplement to your current training program.
